Online registration opens on August 16, 2010 and ends September 3, 2010. For returning hockey players this is the only way you can sign up for hockey for the 2010 - 2011 season.

Peewees, Bantams, U12 and U14: Start September 10, 2010

Squirts/U10's: Start September24, 2010

Mites/U8's: Start October 2, 2010

If you have a past due bill from a previous season, you must settle it before registering this season. If you do not settle it, your current registration funds will be used to settle it and your player will not be allowed to skate until you’ve paid up for the 2010-2011 season. Please contact Mark Gauer, ACYHA Treasurer, via e-mail with questions.

A.  Go to the USA Hockey Website and Register CLICK HERE 
B.  Choose member type Ice Player/Coach.
C.  You must be 18 years of age to process a registration.
D.  Check the box that acknowledges that YOU are 18 or older.
E.  Select the correct season – 2010-11.
F.  Follow the prompts...fill in all data correctly.
G.  Process payment – Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express (credit or debit card). A Visa gift card will also work.
 

You may print your Confirmation page at this time. It will also be emailed to you immediately after the registration is completed.

Each participant will pay the USA Hockey fee of $30 if age 7 or older. The USA Hockey fee is waived for age 6 (birth year 2004) and younger. There may be an additional Affilitation fee of $10. The registration must still be completed to get the confirmation number.

Once you have registered all players with USA Hockey, and have your confirmation pages, please return to this site to register with ACYHA.

Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.

ALL RETURNING PLAYERS MUST REGISTER ONLINE:  A $75.00 late fee will be assessed after September 4.

Make sure you hav your USA Hockey Confirmation Code- this is REQUIRED to registe with the ACYHA.

We will hold ONE walk-in registration and information night on Thursday,  September 23rd @ 6:30pm to 8:30pm

The following forms must be submitted in conjunction with your on-line registration.  No player will be allowed to be on the ice without these forms properly submitted.  NEW PLAYERS MUST ALSO SEND A COPY OF THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

All families must turn in both their Volunteer and Wreath Deposit Checks at the time of Registration if you DID NOT opt out. These checks should accompany all of the paperwork to be turned in at the begining of the season.   This is a requirement for your child to participate.

Please write your child’s name in the memo line of your checks. Your checks will be returned following the completion of your volunteer hours and completion of the wreath fundraiser. If you do not complete ALL of your hours or participate in the fundraiser, your check will be cashed.
