*Mite 3: $400 or 2 payments of $200. Payments of $200 due at Registration and November 18.

*Mite 2: $300 or 2 payments of $150. Payments of $150 due at Registration and November 18.

*Returning Mite 1: $200 due at registration

*New Mite 1: $50 due at registration

* All families are required to REGISTER with USA hockey @ $40 per player
