New Helmet Rule for Coaches
The New Helmet Rule for Coaches is now in effect and has been since Sept 1, 2006. The rule is a USA Hockey Rule and applies to ALL on ice Coaches at clinics, tryouts and practices. NO EXCEPTIONS.
