As early in the season as possible, obtain from your Level Coordinator (or the Association Treasurer) the following information:

• What tournaments has my team been registered for?
• What (if any) Gate Fees were paid in advance by ACYHA?
• What additional Gate Fees does my team budget need to cover? 

Tournament registration costs (within reason and according to Association budget constraints) are covered by ACYHA.  Your team may elect to enter into additional tournaments at your team's expense.

All Gate Fees (cost to team instead of buying a ticket or weekend pass at the door) are covered by your TEAM, not ACYHA.  Some tournaments require the Gate Fee at the time of registration, others require it at the time of roster submission.  If ACYHA covered the Gate Fees with registration, your team is responsible for reimbursing ACYHA for those costs.

By obtaining the Gate Fee information, you can appropriately manage your team's budget.

District Tournament Play:
The costs associated with play in D3 district tournament games are covered by ACYHA.

Regional Tournament Play:
If an ACYHA team makes it into the Regional Tournament, the team is responsible for the costs associated with the play.

Note:  The budget template immediately above reflects a $150 beginning and ending balance.  As of 2011-12, the beginning and ending balance of team accounts is $100.00

The Cheer Card Template below will create Portrait-style cards that fit perfectly into a VERTICAL badge holder that you can buy at any office supply store.

Enter your information into the card in the upper left corner of the spreadsheet and it will automatically fill in the other cards.  If you have additional players and add lines, you may need to adjust the formulas associated with the new cells.

Note that on the spreadsheet there are three tabs; one for the card with info and the other two are artwork you can slip into the other side of the badge holder; names on one side, artwork on the other.

Following the D3 Manager meeting, update this document with the appropriate times and Fair Play point numbers as they differ by player level.
