In a defensive battle, ACYHA U12B got the better of Lesueur 2 - 1 at Nystrom Arena on Friday. Neither team managed to score in the first period. ACYHA U12B took the lead in the second period with one goal. Both teams scored one goal in the third period but ACYHA U12B kept the lead for the win.

Sarah Halverson and Emily Daughenbaugh each added one goal for ACYHA U12B. Marshall contributed one assist for ACYHA U12B.

This was the season opener for Lesueur.
