In the blue bar above is the link to Sign-Up Genius to sign-up for volunteer slots for this year's tournament. If you have not used it before, you will need to sign-up for an account before you can sign-up for slots.

Basically, we divided the number of slots by the number of players and it came to 6.1.  This means that every player's family is responsible to sign-up for 6 slots.  If you can take an extra one, great!  Remember though that it is not just the parents that have to take a slot.  You can have the player, older siblings, aunts, uncles, grandparents, or friends actually work it.  I do recommend signing up early to get the slots that you prefer.  However, many times, you will have to take a slot that you do not really want but it is all that is available.  In addition, there will probably be a game that you really want to see but your volunteer obligation prevents it. That is just the way it goes sometimes.

This tournament depends upon family participation.  Not only for signing up for volunteer slots but also for showing up and completing them.  Kris and I will be sending out reminders and continue to pester you until everyone has fulfilled their obligation.
